I want to write about you,
Until the end of time
I want to speak of your eyes and your smile
In prose and in rhyme
I want to expose my inner sanctum
And let you indulge in my life’s pantomime
Most of all, it’s your company I yearn for,
So much so, You might even consider it a crime.
So much to learn about pain and suffering,
But you divulge only little, like a youtube video buffering.
Traces of your smile line the tone of your voice,
Many other things I can do, but one listen and I have no other choice.
When we do not speak, I hear you,
When we do not look, I see you,
You call it cheap flattery but it is actually true,
You are not just some ever growing memory,
“But you divulge only little, like a youtube video buffering.”
Love it!
I am in love with this one. Clever and beautiful.
thank you very much 🙂
I don’t think it’s a crime 😉
Reminds me of an Enya song
